Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are displaying a variety of Christmas lights outside our
home on Sparhawk avenue in Sprowston, the lights will be on between 1500 and 2130
in memory of those who fought for our country and those still fighting.
My dad, James Bailey was one of those who served in the British Army.

He served in the army as a baker for three years and three
months; 2 years were spent in Egypt and 1 year in Khartoum. He was then
promoted to the rank of Corporal and was asked back for a further four months.

My dad was a hard-working and patriotic man, who always put
his country and family first.

It would mean a lot to me and my family, as it would to my
dad if he was still with us, if you could donate.

Fundraising will come to a close on the 2 january 2022
