The two Lily's have decided to take on the challenge of Tough Mudder Half, which will include scaling walls, swimming through icy waters, and battling through the mud... all for the cause of raising money for Together, a great UK Mental Health charity.

We have chosen Together as the need for mental health awareness, support, and provisions is something very close to both of our hearts. Together is a relatively small charity, so it whatever kind donations we receive, will certainly make a huge impact.

Together believes that people with mental health issues benefit from leading their own lives and shaping the services they receive. We promote our conviction that the best mental health services are delivered in partnership with the people we work alongside. By working intensively with each and every person, focusing on their hopes and needs, we can support them in building a positive and meaningful future for themselves - however long it takes. Today we work with around 4,000 adults a month, the majority of whom are building a positive future for themselves whilst living with complex and recurring mental health issues. Together has around 100 different projects providing a variety of services. We support people on their own journey towards mental wellbeing - helping them with aspects of life getting a place to live, finding work, making friends, building self-esteem and playing an active role in their community. Together does this through providing a range of services to meet the different needs of people with mental health issues. Including residential support, day services, advocacy & work in courts and probation services.
