After my bike ride from London to Sydney got a little longer than anticipated (I’m now cycling around the world), I reckon it’s time to raise some money as I ride from Lima to New York on my way back home.

Over the next six months, myself and my cousin Rhodri (assuming his South American alter ego of Rodrigo) are going to be riding from Peru up to the north-east coast of the states, raising money for Off The Record Bristol (OTR Bristol) - a mental health charity for 11-25 year olds that is close to our hearts. During my time at Bristol University the number of student suicides increased dramatically, with 4 first years taking their own lives during the first term of my final year alone. OTR Bristol run free meetings in friendly spaces for young people in the city, providing workshops with healthcare professionals.

Many friends of mine have suffered from mental health issues which plague our generation more than ever before, and I would like to do a small bit to help support such a great charity. So Lima to New York by bike - please please donate!!! :)
