Over the summer, members of the Lincoln BIG team are taking on MacMillan’s Mighty Hikes. Some of us are doing the Full Marathon Hike along the Norfolk Coast, whilst others are doing a hilly One-Day Half Marathon Hike in the Peak District.

We have all been touched by cancer in one way or another and so we were keen to get involved in this fundraising opportunity. We’re taking part in the Mighty Hikes to show our support and appreciation for the wonderful care Macmillan offers to patients and relatives in need after a cancer diagnosis. Because cancer can affect people’s life in so many ways, we want to help Macmillan to do whatever it takes to give people the support they need. We’re grateful for any funding, no matter how large or small that may be.

We look forward to completing this incredible challenge and raising money for those living with cancer.
