Cliff, Jim, Nathan and Leo are aiming to raise a minimum of £250 for The British Heart Foundation which are national charities trying to fund research into debilitating and life changing conditions. Their plan is to complete the Everest Base Camp trek up to 5545 metres in less than 14 days. This is a massive challenge and normally takes at least 16 and often 18 days. They will have less time to acclimatise to the altitude and slightly more walking per day.
