St. Rocco's Hospice support people and their families from the moment they are diagnosed with an illness that is no longer curable. They aim to be with those in need every step of the way, helping them to make every moment count and to stay as well as possible for as long as possible, with care extending to the very end of life. St. Rocco's services are tailored to each person's individual needs, to improve their quality of life and relieve the stress that serious illness brings, never forgetting that each patient has a unique history, always seeing the person, not their illness. The need for their care is as great as ever and the St. Rocco's team have cared throughout the pandemic. This challenge aims to raise funds to help provide care and support to patients and their families.
