Autism Together do a fantastic job of caring for and supporting my son who has autism and severe learning disability.

When Covid hit, his residential setting went into lockdown to protect everyone which included stopping parent visits. So for 18 weeks I couldn’t see my son and as he is non verbal I couldn’t speak to him either. Through this time the staff worked tirelessly to occupy his time and keep him stimulated as he couldn’t access any of the places he usually did. He coped remarkably.

The charity had to cancel several fundraising events so this is my way of helping to support them support my son.
