Some of you know that we have been fundraising for Marie Curie for a number of years now. After needing the Marie Curie nurses (Angels of the Night) while my darling Dad was is his final days we have decided to set up this fundraising page. These lovely nurses were invaluable. The relief we felt when they looked after my Dad was indescribable. Actually reduce me to tears to know that my Dad was in the safe capable hands of these wonderful people while my family could sleep a full night for the first time in days. We can't imagine others not being able to receive this invaluable service in their darkest days due to  funding issues because of Covid19.

So in honour of my Dad, Disco Dave, I am holding an online collection, as due to Covid19 rules there was no collection at his funeral and it would have been his 82nd birthday on the 20th March which ties into the Great Daffodil Appeal which unfortunately we can not do as normal.
