Across England and Wales, we're the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - the UK's largest animal welfare charity. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome many animals each year and campaign and educate to prevent animal cruelty. The RSPCA is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hello,

I signed up to run the Great North Run in a moment of madness. But I’m doing it for a great cause, the RSPCA. Through these guys i’ve adopted 3 super cute little bunnies who didn’t have the best start in life but thanks to the RSPCA their luck changed and now live a great life with me! You can follow their adventures on insta (auroraandmotley). I orginally adopted two sisters but unfortunately one died in a tragic and unforeseen circumstance during a routine tooth surgery. I was truly gutted but knew that rabbits are social creatures so went back to the RSPCA to find my lonely little bun a new friend. This is when I got expert help from the RSPCA  and found aurora’s new BFF motley! I wouldn’t hesitate in encouraging people to adopt a rescue animal, some have had hard lives and deserve to go to a loving home. This can only be achieved thanks to the RSPCAs tireless work in protecting animals. They always run at a loss when you adopt an animal due to vets bills getting the animals healthy and ready for a new home and the low adoption fees.

I hope you can spare some money for a great cause, every donation will spur me over that line eek!
