Thanks for visiting my page. I'm now  running the Bath Half on March 15 2020 to raise money for Throat Cancer Foundation. I've seen first hand the devastating effects of the disease and the astonishing courage it takes, which none of us would wish to find, to go through the treatment which is brutal. My friend came back from this so know it's possible but also that the legacy is life changing. There has been more awareness of throat cancer very recently but there is much to be done to ensure it has the same focus as other cancers. 

If you could make a token gesture I'd be delighted. I'll be sticking my wine budget, now I've knocked it on the head, in the coffers as well.
