A year ago my husband Ken was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease aged 54.

The cycle ride is to help raise funds for Dementia Forward a local charity and to help raise the profile of this life changing disease.

There is no cure, and the future is uncertain but we deal with everyday with as much positivity as possible.
