I am joining hundreds of others at Tommy’s very special springtime event Walk for Hope. Taking place on Saturday 18 April 2026 at Battersea Park London. Walk for Hope is a day to come together in reflection and hope. It falls on the second birthday of our beautiful grandson Bryn and so is a perfect way to honour him and to raise funds in his memory. Walking together on 2.5k, 5k or 10k route to raise vital funds to help save babies’ lives.More people are affected by pregnancy complications and loss than is talked about. Miscarriage and pregnancy loss is still a taboo subject that make people uncomfortble to talk about.1 in 4 pregnancies in the UK ends in loss during pregnancy or birth—a devastating statistic that my partner and I now know all too well. We’ve felt the heartbreak of pregnancy loss firsthand, and it’s a pain that stays with you. That’s why I'm supporting Tommy’s.
