We're raising money to help Team Dan. 

Dan is 12 yrs old, loves all things football and would love to play Powerchair football for England one day. 

Dan has a rare type of congenital muscular dystrophy (Ullrich).  There are less than 300 children in the world like Dan who have been diagnosed with UCMD. It is a progressive condition so as he gets bigger getting around will be harder.

There is currently no cure but there is hope. The support you give will go to fund research into potential cures and therapies.
