Hello People!!!!!!!

As a department we have decided that we are all going to run the Manchester 10K next year. As this is bound to be traumatic form mainly Me and my namesake, generally because we both find walking difficult, we thought that we should do this for charity.

Our choice was easy as due to our massive love for Lyn and her family we thought we would raise money for Pendleside Hospice that took great care of Lyn's Mum.

Any support you could offer us would be more than welcome.
