We lost our baby niece in November 2013. We would tell her story ourselves but we honestly can't put it better than Beth's mum.
"Our daughter Bethan was diagnosed with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia at our 20 week scan. She was given a 50% chance of survival.
During the rest of our pregnancy and immediately after birth, we received fantastic care from Jessops Hospital. Beth was looked after in neonatal ICU before she was transferred to the Children's Hospital for her operation.
Although she tragically passed away aged 10 days old, both hospitals gave Beth the best possible care and we will always be thankful for that.
We want to raise money in memory of Beth in order to help the hospital continue to give the best care for babies and to help other families who sadly have babies in NICU and Special Care."
