I am running my 10th Marathon this year to raise funds specifically for the Welwyn Hatfield Hertford Branch of Parkinson's UK. Having been invited to be their group Exercise Instructor a year ago I am inspired and privileged to work with such a wonderful group of people and their supporters and carers.

The Organisers of this branch work tirelessly to provide outings, events and activities for all its members and funds are desperately needed to ensure this may continue. It will be my pleasure to do this as I am so inspired by this group of wonderful people.
