LINDSEY LODGE HOSPICE NEEDS YOUR HELP

Lindsey Lodge Hospice are attempting to raise £500,000 in a 'We Need You' emergency appeal.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice is a charity, run almost entirely by donations. Due to the Covid - 19 pandemic, they have seen a reduction in income which could have a devastating impact on caring for the thousands of local people who rely on the service.

'Even at this difficult time, our inpatient unit remains fully operational, and our clinical teams are working tirelessly 24/7 to support local patients and families at the hardest, most difficult time in their lives' (Lindsey Lodge, 2020).

On the 2nd May 2019, Poppy's Great Nanna passed away after a short battle with Cancer. After receiving treatment at Lindsey Lodge, we saw first hand how wonderful, dedicated, caring and professional all the staff are to which we will never forget.

In order to complete this challenge, Poppy and I will aim to complete this challenge by Walking a Mile a day in May! 31 days =  31 miles.
