Thankfully Beth is doing well and she was lucky in that the family acted FAST.  Stroke in young people is such a shock and the support and research from charities like this need support. So I’m running to support Beth and all of those young people and their families impacted by a stroke - I’m after my personal best for you Beth  ! Xx
