They not only cared for her medicaly but also offered her emotional support while dealing with the later stages of her illness. Unlike being in a hospital, the nurses in the hospice tried to ensure Lindsey did not feel like she was being treated like an ill person and tried to make her life as normal as possible - a gin and tonic with a slice and ice every night! We have so much to thank the hospice for. They are an amazing team who give great comfort and support&nbsp;to their patients and families when it is most needed.
