Story
We are doing this 10k walk in memory of Simon Dowle who passed away in October 2015 aged 36 from a brain tumour. He left behind his two beautiful daughters, who are in this photo with him on his last ever Father’s Day-they were only 3 and 5 years old when he died. We now spend our Father’s Day only having a grave to visit and that is not how it should be for anyone never mind two little girls who are having to grow up not knowing their Dad like they should be. But we will keep his memories alive and myself (his wife), his family and many many treasured friends will walk this walk along with us and continue always to remember the amazingly, inspiring and wonderful person he was. 🌈
It is a charity extremely close to our hearts and if we can help in any way from letting any families have to go through the pain and loss we have had to then we will keep fighting and help raise money...because Simon never gave up without a fight!!
