Just over 3 weeks ago we lost my beautiful big sister Sarah from cancer. Sarah leaves behind her brave 15 year old son, her gorgeous 5 month old baby girl and the rest of her truly heartbroken family.

Sarah spent her last few days at Queenscourt hopsice, a place that is already so special to me and so many others. Despite the COVID restrictions, the hospice staff allowed us to spend Sarah's final days and hours by her side, this meant so much to the family. 

Over the years we have seen the amazing and invaluable work they do for people facing end of life as well as for their loved ones. Queenscourt rely so much on the generosity of the public and this year has been so tough as they have had to cancel their annual fundraising event due to COVID. 

To help raise funds for the hospice, starting in January my wonderful mum and I are taking part in the Land's End to John O'Groats virtual run/walk. It is 874 miles and we have 12 months to complete it. (Our plan is much less than 12 months but I don't want to make any promises!!).

I know money is tight for everyone this year, and especially so close to Christmas though every penny helps, If you can donate anything at all it would truly mean the world.
