Mental Health support for Nepalese Nurses · 8 May 2021

Nurses in Nepal are working non-stop against Covid-19; with no beds, oxygen or meds to give patients, they are physically and emotionally exhausted. Please help us continue our free counselling service for nurses and restore their hope in the future.

Story

Can you contribute and help me raise funds for free Mental Health Support for Nepalese Nurses in Nepal as they fight the COVID-19 pandemic? I will be very thankful for your contribution.

Nurses/front-line workers in Nepal  are doing their best to care for the COVID-19 infected community in dire need, working grueling hours without a break with limited supplies. They are physically and mentally exhausted.

Being a nurse myself, I understand how fragile out mental health can be during the pandemic and the physical and emotional toll it takes on our body.

Jaya Mental Health's utmost priority is providing the nurses/front-line workers respite (via free psychological and counselling services) from the intense work against COVID-19 and supporting them as they are bullied and discriminated by some due to their direct contact with COVID-19 patients. The nurses cannot take care of others if they are not taken care of first! Lets support these Heros!
