I will be jogging 31k in March for Refuge. This is a charity I am very passionate about and am priviledged to now be working within an amazing team of people who support safeguarding within the Nottingham City.  On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
