We will be taking on the challenge of trekking across Jordan from the  Dead Sea to the city of Petra from 2nd -9th April 2022. This is a tough challenge with 5 days of walking (approximately 55 kilometres in total) across hilly terrain, with overnight camps.  This will be a challenge that will certainly push us  well and truly out of our comfort zone! Originally scheduled for 2020 this trek has been postponed twice, due to the pandemic.  So third time lucky and we are all set to go (almost).

This challenge is to raise money for people affected by cancer. We have  chosen to raise money for Maggie’s in Nottingham, which is a fantastic charity providing support to many people and their families who have to face a cancer diagnosis. We are meeting the costs of the challenge ourselves so anything you can give will directly benefit Maggie’s.
