Two years ago, our world as a family came crashing down. My brother Mark decided that he no longer wanted to live in this world and sadly took his own life.  As a family we cannot come up with the answers or questions as to why, however to stop another family going through this heartache I have decided to do a 25km charity walk on Saturday 24th June 2023 for CALM.  As male mental health is just as important as anyone else's.
