I am raising money for One YMCA because...this charity focusses on our young community members helping support them in a multitude of ways. OneYMCA has a wholistic approach, supporting with health and well-being, accommodation, support and advice, family work and so the list goes on. 

Such a great charity run my fabulous people. Always striving to make the world a kinder more fair place.

Those that know me know that I love to be fit , often being active with my dogs or in the gym or running but do you know that I don’t actually find running easy. It’s quite a mental battle for me to slog out the miles. If you’re able to donate it would be hugely appreciated by myself and more importantly the charity.
