As you know we have decided to swim this years Great North Swim in Lake Windermere in aid of The Volleyball England Foundation. The trust aims to promote sport in a non- discriminatory way so that everyone can get involved & play. By sponsoring our swim we can help get sport into schools & the wider community so that everyone can enjoy our sport, have fun & lead a healthier life. 
As someone who has had to struggle with an incurable illness over the past 8 years so this is also a huge personal challenge. Epilepsy stopped me from doing many things, but it will not stop me from helping others getting involved in a fantastic fun sport.
