In November 2015 I decided it was time I lost some weight after having 4 children I was at my heaviest of 13st 1lb. I started off simple and began to exercise and after a while I began to calorie count what I ate. After 18 months I lost amazing 3 stone. I now have a much healthier lifestyle as I have clean eaten now for the last 18 months maintained my weight at my weight goal. I am now concentrating on my body fat as I have lost a amazing 8% in just over 14 months and now got it down to 17.9% which is amazing achievement. I have now set myself some new goals for the next 3/4 months and this colour run is my first ever run and event I have ever done, ever. I think I am ready to achieve many things from now and to do this run fof Kirkwood Hospice would be a great achievement. I personally don’t have any links with them but my husband does as his Mum was at the hospice many years ago before she passed from motor neurone disease. I never had the pleasure of meeting her but have heard many things about her from many people. Connor my eldest son is taking part too and I’m sure he will make his Grandma Jenny proud too.  One of my friends that is running with me has my links to the Hospice as she lost her partner nearly 2 years ago.
