We've chosen to support the NSPCC because they help save, change and improve the lives of vulnerable children right across the UK.  Your donations can really help them make a difference.  Running a half marathon is definately a challenge, but one that is well worth doing if we're able to offer support to a worthwhile charity at the same time.  Not sure our legs will thank us after the event though!
