So I've worked at St Ann's for nearly 3yrs in the hospice at home team where I have the privilege to  have met some of the most strong courageous people you could ever wish to meet X The hospice is able to offer support in a range of different ways and services are free of charge however running a hospice itself is not X This is where I would like to take on my challenge to raise as much  as possible so our hospice can continue to provide the care it does for our amazing patients families and carers x
