On Sunday 28^th June, I will be attempting to cycle 50 miles around South Suffolk/North Essex to raise awareness and funds for Inspire Suffolk.

Inspire Suffolk is a charity recognised for the support and opportunities they provide for young people across Suffolk and North Essex, who may be struggling with their mental health or facing difficult challenges and in need of support to help them build confidence and find more direction in their lives. As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic, that support is needed now more than ever.

I have never cycled anything close to this distance before and wanted to do something that was physically and mentally challenging to support this worthwhile cause. If you feel able to support me, I would be very grateful, as any donation, no matter how small will collectively help to make a difference and go directly to Inspire Suffolk to help them continue providing such amazing support to young people during these difficult times.
