2023...3 events to raise money to help eliminate slavery and human trafficking . 

Before I started in my current role I was naïvely unaware of the levels of slavery in the UK.  Mo Farah's documentary was profoundly moving as was other survivors stories. The work that Unseen do with businesses and individuals to support and identify exploitation is sadly needed more than ever. See more of what they do below.

Events I'm undertaking are

1. London Landmarks Half Marathon in April (I love a parkrun but this is definitely a step up and I've been running in the frost and snow in the early mornings!)

2. Man versus Horse in June-a crazy relay of 3x7 hilly miles in Wales racing (you've guessed it) horses!

3. World Bog Snorkelling in August -I loved this crazy event so much last year that I'm coming back with a wackier costume!
