Bank Holiday Monday (25th May) I am taking part in a virtual 5k run in fancy dress for the Motor Neurone Disease.  MND, like a lot of charities have suffered also through the Coronavirus pandemic as usually there would be a lot of people raising money in various events or races etc.  

I've decided to do this, as throughout May, a friend of mine, who works as a receptionist for the MND Association has been running 5k everyday in May to help raise money for the charity.  This she has done in a different fancy dress each day.  

On the 25th May, I will be running 5k around Lowestoft dressed in a 70's outfit, being a 70's child myself.  Any donations will be gratefully received especially in this time of uncertainty.  This is also my bit to not only support the charity that has supported Steve when he was alive, but also me too since he passed away but also to continue raising money in Steve's memory.
