I'll be sleeping out at the Riverside Stadium on 30th March as part of the utterly fabulous TRAC team (The Recovery Advocacy Consultancy). TRAC is a formidable force for good, helping people on the path to recovery in the way that best suits them: "Your recovery, your way." Getting to know Annalice and the gang has been life-changing for me. I've taken full control over my alcohol consumption, I've dug deep into childhood trauma and the effects that has had on my whole life, and I'm in a better place than I have been for years.

NB: If you've been thinking about your drinking or substance consumption - either cutting down or stopping altogether - and would like to have a chat about it, drop me a DM. I haven't stopped drinking altogether - I have 3 x 3-week-long drinking windows each year. Whatever your fave tipple, you don't have to quit forever - massive mental and physical health benefits to be had from cutting back.
