Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

On Sunday 26th April 2009 I will be runnning the Flora London Marathon for Sense - National Deafblind and Rubella Association. i hope you will support me in this adventure by sponsoring me.

I started running having lost my Dad nearly two years ago and I know this would make him really proud. Having previously run a half marathon and several 10k races this is my first marathon ( I'm not going to say my only marathon, never say never!!)  I am well into my training and can be seen pounding the streets in all weathers in and around Billericay. I have a half marathon coming up on the 8th of February and one on the 15th of March. I am really enjoying the training so far and have massive support from all of my friends and family, which means so much to me. I realise it is going to get harder over the next 13 weeks but i am determined to succeed.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sense - National Deafblind and Rubella Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!  Your support is really appreciated.

Thank you so much.
