On the 20th of June 2013, I lost my wonderful Granda. 

Although he died from a complicated infection, he had been diagnosed as having a brain tumour earlier in the year and the Macmillan nurses were a great support to him during this time.

I think that the work they do is fantastic and this is why I have chosen to raise money for this charity.

At 11am on Saturday 28th September I ran a Macmillan coffee morning at the Albert Hotel. I set this page up so that those who could not attend could still donate to this wonderful charity.
