Lisa Pearson is raising money for Walk the Walk
Story
Hiya, well we did it and here's the photo with the medal to prove it!
We had a fantastic night, blisters, aches and sleep deprivation aside. There was a great atmosphere and it was quite a sight to see 10,000 women (and a few men) tramp through the streets of Edinburgh in their decorated pink bra's. In the end it took us 7hrs 18mins to finish, although it felt like the last mile took at least half of that :)
A huge thank you to everyone that sponsored me for this event. You've all been incredibly generous and helped me raise much more than I'd hoped for a great cause.
(Thanks also to the bleary eyed family members who got up at the crack of dawn to cheer us on for the last few painful miles, it was very much appreciated xox)
