We are a group of women who come together through friendship and fitness. We love to have fun through our fitness and we are excited to step up to this challenge and raise some money for some amazing charities.

This is also a charity close to my heart. They have helped my family in our greatest hour of need. The service they provide is bettered only by the amazing people that work there.
