We know it’s hard to believe, but next month will see the one year anniversary of the inaugural 10/10/10 Walk in which so many of you participated in order to raise funds for the charity. The response last year was so fantastic and the feedback so positive that we thought it would be a good idea to make it an annual event. And so here we are again asking for your support.

If you can get together with friends and/or family around about the 10th for a 10k stroll, and ask anyone good enough to take part to donate £10 to Lisa’s Gift, it would provide a huge financial boost to the charity. If it’s anything like last year, you’ll have great fun, and ultimately, we can help improve the lives of more schoolchildren in Renfrewshire. And this year the pubs will be open when you finish! (Touch wood).

It needn’t be on the Sunday. It can be any day that suits you. Most importantly, you must enjoy the walk, send photos of yourselves en route and along the way raise a bit of money for a good cause (well, we think so anyway).
