Story
I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life again this year. Yes, it's only a 5k this time! But I'm pretty out of shape, so please believe that I will be suffering for the cause!
Just before Xmas I lost my friend and fellow artist Natasha. She fought hard, just as she worked hard all her life. It was a pleasure and an honour to have known her and worked with her over the years. So I'm running for her, and in memory of my funny, kind, dearly loved and much missed friend Anita, whose loss left a gap in my life that has never been filled. And for Nicky, also taken too young, and for Liz, and for everyone else that has suffered this disease. Especially the survivors - long may you run!
- I know very well that times are hard, and many of us have friends and family also raising funds for this and other causes. But any little you can spare will be much appreciated. Sponsor me if you can - it's quick, easy and totally secure.
And while I'm here - are you on the tissue and organ donor register? Your beautiful body could transform the lives of up to 50 people! Not just through organ donation, but any tissues - bones, skin and corneas - could be life-changing and life-saving gifts for someone, some day.

Don't forget to add Gift Aid
If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you.
