Like signing up to perform a stand up routine in front of 200+ people.

With just eight weeks training / preparation.

It seemed like a good idea at the time... a personal challenge that felt scary without the prospect of physical injury... getting out of my comfort zone and being vulnerable which is so darn good for personal growth.

Plus there's a charity element - I could do all that while raising money for Cancer Research.
