On Sunday, along with Tina & Kate I will be taking part in this year's Santa Dash to help Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity take care of local families who need it this Christmas

Everyone has a reason for wanting to support this fantastic charity. I’ll be running in memory of my wonderful Grandad; John Rayner who we sadly lost recently. He spent his last few weeks in the Hospice, the staff were brilliant and made his stay as comfortable as possible. 

By supporting the Santa Dash you'll be helping local families at Christmas time, for what could be their last together. The hospice services will be supporting them to make it the best it can possibly be in the most difficult of times. 

I know it’s an expensive time of year for everyone but please spare a few pennies if you can 😘
