For those of you that have endured our running small talk and injury complaints, you will be pleased to hear that, against our better judgement, we are taking our Sunday running to the next level...

On 9th October we will endeavour to respectably run/walk/crawl over the 2022 Lisbon marathon finish line, and in doing so hopefully have raised some money for the Samaritans.

The Samaritans is a charity bolstered by an army of the most caring and resilient volunteers, all fighting to prevent suicide across the UK. With their 24/7 hotline receiving a call for help every 10 seconds it is clear that the events of the last few years have had a massive detrimental impact on the stability, health and wellbeing of those living in the UK.

Just £24 can help train and support a volunteer to make sure people are not left to struggle alone.

Unfortunately, every 90 minutes, someone in the UK or Ireland takes their own life.

Any donation you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
