Story

3 Mountains, 3 Countries... within 24 hours!

A group of us from Littlefish are going to attempt to complete the National 3 Peaks Challenge on 3rd Sept 2021 to raise £4000 for Littlefish 2021 chosen charity: Crisis UK

The Challenge: The National 3 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest Peaks of Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdonia) all within 24 hours!

The total walking distance is 23 miles and the total ascent is 10,052ft, with an added 462 miles driving distance between the mountains.

We will commence the challenge on Friday 3rd September 2021 starting at Ben Nevis then Scafell Pike and finally finishing on Saturday 4th Sept at Snowdonia.

The Charity: Crisis UK support people out of homelessness for good. They do this through education, training and support with housing, employment and health. They offer one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people in 12 areas across England, Scotland and Wales. Further info: https://www.crisis.org.uk/

The money raised will go to this charity to help support the plan to end homelessness once and for all

The Team: Sam Crook, Gemma Cooke, Josh Peck, Nick Briars, Laura Goff, David Lomas, Alex Brenton, Damien Cresswell, Mark Hope, Toby Aldous and Rowan Troy.
