Christmas carol appeal for SATB choir · 25 December 2019

Ending homelessness in Scotland...one person at a time. Every year, thanks to people like you, we support over 7,000 people in Scotland. We work with families, young people, rough sleepers and people recovering from addiction. The need for our services is growing and your support is vital.

Story

The idea: I have written a new carol for SATB choir called "Little Lamb Who Made Thee." It's a simple setting of William Blake's beautiful and poignant poem The Lamb, and I want all proceeds before the end of 2019 to go to charities that help homeless people, including Bethany Christian Trust, who work in Scotland, and Crisis, who work across the UK. You can see page 1 in the photos section below to check if it looks suitable for your choir - I've tried to make it accessible to choirs of all types, from amateur to professional.

How it worksI'm suggesting a donation equivalent to £2 per choir member, so for example if your choir has 20 members, a donation of £40. But this is just a suggestion - please feel free to give whatever your choir can afford! Upon donating, you'll receive a download link for the whole piece in the thank you message (via email - check your junk folder just in case!), from which you can print as many copies as you need. And if you don't have a choir, of course you can still donate as much as you feel able to give!

Please share on social media to raise as much money as possible!
