We support people experiencing homelessness to make positive changes in their lives.

Story

Hi there,

Most of you will know that I have never been a long distance runner, at school it was a 100m sprint over cross country any day! Will has always been a good footballer but likewise, never a high vis, head torch running kind of guy!

However, on 22nd May, Will and I will be running the Great Manchester 10K to raise money for Booth Centre, a local charity in Manchester that brings positive change to the lives of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and to help them plan for a better future. Booth Centre provide accommodation support, education, training and help to secure employment, free healthy meals, support in tackling issues with health and addiction, and creative activities to boost confidence and self esteem.

Homelessness is something that affects us all, just take a walk through Manchester and you'll see it for yourself! So please, any donation, no matter how big or small will make such a massive difference to the lives of so many people. It'll also mean our rain or shine training won't be for nothing!

Thank you :)
