Periods don't stop in a pandemic! We have an even bigger demand for period products at the moment, and desperately need your help to help us help EVERYONE have a bloody good period!

Story

We have set out to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats, covering a distance of roughly 1000miles/1600km, over two weeks in September. The total elevation gained will be approximately 15000m-- nearly twice the height of Everest! We are hoping that some training, our support for one another, naivety and sweets will get us through this challenge, and not let the rolling hills break us. Our route will take us from Lands End in Cornwall, to John O'Groats in the Highlands, traversing the length of Great Britain from one extremity to another, with only ourselves, our bikes, and our kit strapped to them.

We will document the adventure on both Strava and Instagram (details TBC), for those who wish to keep up to date with our challenge.

Our chosen charity is Bloody Good Period, who provide products to asylum seekers, refugees and those who can't afford them. Bloody Good Period believe that everyone who has periods, and everyone who cares about someone who has periods, should be able to talk about this bloody stuff. Everyone should have access to the information and products they need. No-one should feel ashamed because of a healthy biological process.

Thanks for your support in our challenge and the wonderful charity.

Period products aren’t free and accessible in the UK, which means that many people can’t afford or access them. We provide period supplies and menstrual education to refugees and asylum seekers and those less likely to access them. And we help everybody talk about periods!
