I decided to do the fundraising for this charity, because I knew about its great work for years. The founder Biju Thampy came many times to my church, Hillsong London to speak about Vision Rescue.

It is a non-profit, registered charity involved in feeding, providing non formal education, medical help, skill training to street children.

I love children and it is sad that in some part of the world they have not enough food or clean water, or a chance to go to school. I planed for a long time, that I would want to come to India and help them, so here I am now. I arrived on the 15th of November and it's been an amazing experience.  I am helping out on the Vision Rescue School buses which are going to the slums and after the teaching sessions we are feeding hundreds of hungry children. The smile on they face and the excitement from learning has been imprinted my heart forever. 

Since I am in India I can see how big the need is for more buses, so they can reach more areas in Mumbai. I belive little by little we can get enough money to make it possible.
