Our little Athlete is at it again (in her own words, I won't get into the Olympics sat on my bum)
Next weekend, Liv is completing a Triathlon, Duathlon & 5K (only 2 weeks since her last leg of 5 races) she thought she would challenge herself & do 7!!
But this time she has inspired Daddy (Darren) & he is doing his first EVER Duathlon
So proud, at the start of 2020 Liv had 2 big ops and we didn't think she would compete again, 4 weeks post op & she was back. Then the blinking virus hit & she lost focus..... these tri series are bring her focus back, better than ever!!
