Hey everyone,

We are both involved in the UCL branch of the charity Medic to Medic this year. The UK organisation works to support medical professionals (including doctors, nurses and physiotherapists) with their training in Malawi and Uganda. Currently in Malawi there is only 1 doctor for 50,000 people- a staggering statistic in comparison to our country.

As two aspiring doctors and keen travellers we feel passionate about global health and making a difference abroad. We wanted to set ourselves the personal challenge of running a half marathon and represent a worthwhile cause.

We would be very grateful for any support in aid of our fund-raising efforts. Thank you very much for taking the time to read our page.
